    All Ordinary Level students do 8 examinable subjects. Science students are exempted from Combined Science by Cambridge.

    Even though the school does a majority of Ordinary Level subjects, a few IGCSE subjects are taken: French, Combined Science, Sociology, Global Perspectives, Geography & ICT

    At GCIHS our number of A Level subjects is 4. For Ghanaian tertiary institutions, the required number of A Level subjects by GTEC is 3.
