Booking Deposit:A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and begin preparations.No setup will be scheduled or materials ordered until the deposit is received.2. Final Payment:The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event date.Late payments may result in cancellation or additional rush fees.3. Accepted Payment Methods:ZelleCash AppApple PayDebit/Credit Card (with 3% processing fee)Cash (in person with receipt provided)4. Cancellation Policy:Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the setup and time blocked for your event.If canceled at least 7 days before the event, the final balance will be waived.If canceled within 3 days of the event, the full balance is still due.5. Rescheduling:You may reschedule once, up to 72 hours before the event, without penalty, subject to availability.A $50 rescheduling fee applies to any additional changes.6. Damage & Clean-Up:Client is responsible for any damage to rented décor items. A fee may be assessed for repairs or replacement.Clean-up is not included unless added as a service. Please inquire about our Clean-Up Package if needed.7. Travel Fees:Events located 15 miles outside of our service area may incur a travel fee starting at $25.Fees vary by distance and setup requirements.
