TEAM DESCRIPTIONS
Appreciation Team:
This teams makes sure everyone is thanked appropriately. Through notes, cards, gifts, words, and actions of appreciation, this teams insures that everyone involved with the building project knows they are recognized and valued.
Hospitality Team:
This team sees their ministry as a building of relationships through providing food, refreshments, and smiling faces to encourage workers and others who work and serve on the construction site.
Prayer Team:
This team sees and acts on the foundation that prayer is essential for the success of the building project and the ministry that will occur throughout the process. They will find creative ways to involve the church in prayer.
Publicity
Team:
This team will raise public awareness of the project through traditional media, new media, and social media. A variety of skills and experience is needed on this team, skills related to journalism, production, and content creation.
Volunteer Team:
This team will function in two ways. First, this team is needed primarily for general construction clean up, unloading building supplies, etc... Second, this team will be used to to serve in any of the other teams. Hands, feet, trucks, trailers, initiative to work outside can all be used well for this team.
