I hereby confirm that if I accept the awarded grant(s) offered by the University of Applied Arts Vienna I need to meet the requirements mentioned below (defined as mandatory by the grant committee): Official confirmation (e.g. certificate of employment, transcript of records) from the host institution (university, company, studio, library) as well as a brief report about the work abroad (approx. 1-3 A4-size pages). Hence, I will submit the above mentioned documents to the International Office latest three months after I have returned from my stay abroad. I am aware of the fact that I have to pay back the awarded grant, if I do not hand in the documents mentioned above on time or if I cancel the mobility. If my stay abroad cannot be realised, the uiniversity's tuition fee (if applicable) must be paid back as well.*

Please note that we do not support mobilities with a travel warning between 4-6.*
