Vehicle Storage Enquiry Form

Summary

This enquiry form is to maximise the security of current client's vehicles in the storage facility, to erase cold callers and fake enquiries from receiving the facility address. Please do not take this personally, as hopefully when your vehicle is in our facility you would want peace of mind the same process is being done to ensure your vehicle is as secure as possible!

Please fill out the following information, where an invoice for your selected package will automatically follow.

The enquiry stage requires a Know Your Customer (KYC) ID check prior to us providing our secret location. Please keep an eye out for a text message with a link to carry this check out, after you have pressed submit.

Once the invoice has been paid and funds received, as well as the ID check completed, the facility address will be provided for you to book an appointment to check your vehicle into the facility.

Once your vehicle has been checked in, you will receive a Bespoke Storage Agreement which states crucial information regarding your package, where your car is stored and further details around insurance, mainly for your peace of mind.

Our Essential, Bronze & Silver Packages are 12 weeks up front, then invoiced monthly.

Our Gold Package is flexible, so only 4 weeks up front and then invoiced monthly.

All packages will be billed monthly after the intial term and you are able to cancel at anytime during this cycle with only 48hrs notice in writing.

 

Incentives:

For clients wishing to pay annually, we offer 1 months free if you choose to pay this way.

For clients with multiple vehicles, we offer 10% off each vehicle for 3 or more vehicles stored with us.

Essential Package - £35 per week

• 12 weeks minimum up front (£420 + VAT), then invoiced monthly thereafter. Able to cancel at anytime
• 24/7 access with 48hrs notice
• De-humidified facility with monitored police response security
• Nominated bay. Vehicle started and rolled monthly
• No trickle charger included so risk of battery degrading
• No car cover or tyre cushions
• Optional £60 Entrance Clean

Bronze Package - £45 per week

• 12 weeks minimum up front (£540 + VAT), then invoiced monthly thereafter. Able to cancel at anytime
• 24/7 access with 48hrs notice
• De-humidified facility with monitored police response security
• Nominated bay. Vehicle started and rolled monthly
• Trickle charger 24/7 to maintain
• No car cover or tyre cushions
• Optional £60 Entrance Clean

Silver Package - £55 per week

• 12 weeks minimum up front (£660 + VAT), then invoiced monthly thereafter. Able to cancel at anytime
• 24/7 access with 48hrs notice
• De-humidified facility with monitored police response security
• Nominated bay. Vehicle started and rolled monthly
• Trickle charger 24/7 to maintain
• Indoor Car Cover
• No tyre cushions
• Complimentary Initial Entrance Clean, £60 thereafter

Gold Package - £65 per week

• 4 weeks minimum up front (£260 + VAT), then invoiced monthly thereafter. Able to cancel at anytime
