    ACX - ACX rules apply and we will abide by the ACX contract (wide or exclusive), where Jacci acts as the producer and uploads everything to the platform. OR Off-Platform - the union requires a higher minimum rate, as well as covering P&H percentages. Jacci will send her contract to you. You can still distribute via ACX, or other platforms such as Findaway Voices or Authors Republic, but the rights-holder will be in charge of uploading everything.
