Application for Charitable Organization to Receive Complimentary Leadership or Team Effectiveness Training!
Creter Group believes that EVERY organization can benefit from Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, and/or Communication training.

For our 20th Anniversary celebration, we have decided to offer non-profit organizations the opportunity to enhance their leadership, team dynamics, and/or organizational effectiveness through an Insights Discovery learning and development experience.

These tailored sessions—whether virtual or in-person—equip teams, leaders, and organizations with the essential skills to thrive.

Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen the leadership and resilience of charitable organizations, helping them make a greater impact in their communities.

Please complete the form below to apply for your non-profit organization to receive a complimentary Leadership or Team Effectivness Training.

5 organizations will be selected with one program offered during the following months for the balance of 2025: May, June, August, October, and December.

What’s Included:

Personalized Insights Discovery Profiles for each team member (up to 10)
A 3-hour “Introduction to Insights Discovery” session focused on Team or Leadership Effectiveness, led by an accredited facilitator
Virtual Sessions for dispersed teams or if your location is outside the designated geography
In-Person Delivery options if your organization is within the geographic parameters
Customization based on your organization’s needs

Eligibility Criteria:

Organization: Must have 501(c)(3) status
Team: Minimum of 3, maximum of 10 members (employees, volunteers, and/or board members)
Geographic Requirements:
In-Person Sessions: The organization must be located within a 2-hour driving radius of Danbury, CT
Virtual Sessions: No geographic restrictions
Need: please indicate in the application why your organization will benefit from Leadership or Team Effectiveness training

4. Availabilty to participate in the workshop

From all eligible applications, Creter Group will hold a lottery for each of the months selected. If your organization is not selected for the first month and you indicate that you are available for the next month, the organization will be re-enetered to the lottery. More availabilty will increase the chances of receiving the training.
