Task Force Animal Hospital (TFAH) provides veterinary services to individuals and families with low income or those receiving social assistance. You will need to provide an income proof for EACH family member related by blood, marriage, adoption or common-law who is 18 years or older living at the same address.

Proof of Eligibility:

TFAH requires the following documentation prior to your first appointment:
- Proof of government assistance, photo of your most recent deposit notice, or
- A copy of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment or Re-Assessment for each adult resident in the household.
You will need to provide an income proof for EACH family member related by blood, marriage, adoption or common-law who is 18 years or older living at the same address.

If your household income exceeds the amount outlined on our website, but you have special circumstances—such as a recent job loss—that you would like TFAH to consider, please select "Other" below and provide additional details.

We are able to offer reduced costs for our services, but there are still fees for all services including exams, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures as you would see at a traditional clinic. We are unable to offer no-cost services at this time, as our operational expenses remain the same as any veterinary hospital.*

I understand and accept that I am expected to pay a fee for care at the Task Force Animal Hospital. If you require an estimate of costs in advance, please let us know at time of booking.
