Terms of Service Acceptance:

Submitting this form entails you accept and understand the terms set forth by Savvy Transactions., that you as the "agent partner" acknowledge and consent to the following:

• File(s) or notifications must be recieved by 3pm for SAME DAY processing.
• File(s) or notifications recieved after 3pm will be processed by 10am the following business day.
• Agent Partner has completed the following:
  1. This New File Order Form to the best of their abilities - should take less than 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Provided us with access to all necessary documents that are currently available - added Savannah to the Dotloop as "Transaction Coordinator"
  3. Provided all pertinent contact information for coopertive parties, if not disclosed on documentation under #2.

 As always, if a BUY SIDE file is terminated while "pending", no charges will be incurred by the agents partner.

• Unpaid invoices of over 30 days will be charged a $35 late fee.
• Unpaid invoices over 60 days will be charged an additional $35 fee and submitted to broker and CCA - collection agency.
