Juried Arts & Crafts Show Application

Load In & Set Up: Friday, June 7, 2024, 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

• All applications are sent to a jury to determine acceptance into the show. Past participation does not guarantee entry. The show changes every year, so vendors should keep their product(s) fresh. A limited number of exhibitors are accepted.
• The jury cannot physically examine all vendor products, so they must rely on photos. Submit quality photos that represent all work to be sold. Please submit three to four required photos. Please do not send any additional photos.
  • A photo of your vendor booth. Make sure it shows a great presentation.
  • A photo of YOU working in your studio, home, garage, etc. We know it may be messy; we don't care. We want to see YOU in action.
  • One to two photos of your product(s).
• Only online applications will be accepted.
• There is no rain date for the event.
• Layout is determined by the Event Committee.
• Spaces are 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. All parts of the vendor's tent, product, product storage, etc. must be contained within this area. 
• Vendors may rent two spaces and must submit payment for both if accepted.
• Vendors may not "rent" their space or any part of it to anyone else. Only the artist that submitted the entry may display and sell at the show. Do not bring the products of others to sell for them.
• There are limited electrical hook ups available in the craft area. Vendors may use "silent" generators.
• No booth may dismantle prior to closing time. Late arrival and early breakdown will not be permitted during show hours.
• Security is provided on Friday night. However, the SC Festival of Flowers is not responsible for loss or damage for any reason.
• This is an outdoor show, and no vehicles or trailers are allowed in the show area. There will be a designated area to park your vehicle/trailer. Vendors will not have immediate access to their vehicle or trailer.
• Space assignments and parking instructions will be given at load in and set up.
• Exhibits MUST be set up no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday morning, June 6th. All vendors must be ready for customers by Noon on Friday and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
  We do not have the staff to offer vendors a break from their booth. Vendors should work with each other for booth coverage.
• Failure to comply with the rules, disorderly conduct, or verbal abuse by the vendor or assistants will result in immediate expulsion from the show.
• Refunds are not given for any reason. (Rain, illness, time conflict, etc.)

• Imports and mass produced items, buy-sell items, or any item not made by the submitting vendor
• Commercially molded pottery, sculpture, or jewelry
• Items made from kits or assembled from pre-manufactured components
• Work produced by anyone other than the submitting vendor
• Unlimited offset reproductions of paintings, drawings, prints, or photographs
• Products represented by mail order companies, such as baskets or embroidery items
• Clothing, cups, or any items with pre-printed decals/logos

Notice of acceptance/denial will be emailed by Friday, April 4, 2025.
Vendors will be notified of acceptance and contacted for payment.
Payment is due no later than Friday, April 25, 2025.

The following information is needed in order to participate in the Juried Arts and Crafts Show during the SC Festival of Flowers. The information you provide in this application may be used in a variety of SC Festival of Flowers promotional materials. 

Please provide information as you would like to see it published.  

Please submit three-four quality photos that represent work to be sold.

SC Festival of Flowers Juried Arts and Crafts Show General Release Terms

General Release Terms (signature required for processing) The SC Festival of Flowers Arts & Crafts Show is a Juried Art Show. All merchandise offered for sale MUST be original, handmade, or created by the artist. Manufactured or imported handmade merchandise is NOT permitted and if witnessed, the vendor will be asked to immediately leave with no refund of entry fee. The SC Festival of Flowers reserves the right to refuse any applicant. Failure to comply with guidelines, misrepresentation of products, disorderly conduct, or verbal abuse will result in immediate expulsion and funds will not be refunded. The undersigned also does hereby forever discharge the City of Greenwood, Greenwood County and its employees and the SC Festival of Flowers and Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce and their organizers and volunteers from any and all undersigned while in the possession or supervision of this event, and consents to the enforcement of the fair rules as published.

Note: Your business is responsible for following all local and state laws regarding permits and collecting sales tax. ***WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TABLES OR CHAIRS***

I understand the decision of the SC Festival of Flowers Arts & Crafts Show jury is final. If accepted, I agree to abide by the event rules and regulation. Also, I do hereby discharge the SC Festival of Flowers, the City of Greenwood, Greenwood County and/or the Greenwood SC Chamber of Commerce from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and property while participating in the SC Festival of Flowers Arts & Crafts Show. Any photos submitted with an application or taken on behalf of the show of any exhibits/exhibitors, are the sole property of the Festival.

Submitting this application denotes review and acceptance of the SC Festival of Flowers Juried Arts and Crafts Show guidelines and general release terms, including fee payment deadline, business licenses, insurance and indemnification, and the SCFOF right of approval. By submitting this application you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. Insurance and indemnification: Your organization shall indemnify and hold the Greenwood SC Chamber and the SC Festival of Flowers, its directors, officers, agents and employees harmless from and against any and all claims arising from or in connection with your participation, unless such claim is due to the sole negligence of the SC Festival of Flowers.
