Highland Church Health Ministry Team Volunteer Form

We invite you to be part of the team of volunteer licensed medical professionals who will provide medical expertise to church members, during church services. Our volunteers are valuable members of our health care team, making a real difference in people’s lives.
The following volunteers are needed:
- MD
- RN
- LPN
- PCT
To respond to emergencies during the Sunday 8:30am, 10:30am services and the Wednesday 7:00pm evening service.

At least one of the following required:
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Heart Saver certification
