The deadline for Food Vendors is May 1st. Food Vendors must be approved by the Forsyth County Health Department.
The deadline for Merchandise, Business vendors, and non-profit organizations is May 5th.
If space is available after the deadline, a $50 late fee will be added.

Clothing, jewelry, artwork, crafts, accessories, books, beauty products, and other goods.

Banks, Healthcare, Insurance, Real Estate, Legal, Universities, etc.

Nonprofit$125.00

Organizations with a 501c3 and do not fit in the business category. Nonprofits cannot sell merchandise and/or food in this category.

Vendor spaces are 10x10. Tents are required for outside vendors. Outside vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs. TCA does not provide power or water. Inside vendors will be provided one 6ft table and two chairs. Additional tables for inside vendors may be rented from TCA. Vendor’s immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendor. Vendors will be emailed a set-up time. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 12:00 pm.*

The event will be held rain or shine. Vendors must remain set up for the entire festival duration, 1-5 pm for indoors and 1-8 pm for outdoors. The festival and all booths will remain open unless Festival Staff determines the conditions to be severe. Vendors should come prepared with suitable materials to protect goods. Failure to remain open during Festival hours, rain or shine, may result in rejection from future festivals. Fees are nonrefundable.*

Any significant departure from the items outlined above may lead to the revocation of vendor privileges.
The Juneteenth Vendor Committee retains the authority to regulate the types of products or materials sold or distributed within the festival premises.
