Festival Fee Request (Delivered Fee)

Please nominate your desired fee,which must be inclusive of travel and GST. As a general rule, factor for 3 performances over the festival weekend.

Please note, we will regard this as a firm quote. We are operating within a budget, so please consider this when stating your fee request, as this may (unfortunately) hinder your application.

In the case of travelling acts, this is a delivered fee. Please ensure that your quote includes all travel costs to Nannup.

Accommodation

Performers performing at the Festival will be allocated camping at the Artists Camp Ground.

There is limited alternate accommodation arrangements. In exceptional circumstances, the festival may look at providing alternative accommodation to successful applicants.

Please let me know your accommodation requests. Hotel, Chalet, Billet- and for how many?

All accommodation arrangements will be negotiated with successful applicants in the contract. Most performers stay for the duration of the festival - we appreciate this and feel this adds to the vibe of the Festival. Booked accommodation is preferanced for those here for the duration..

Family and Friends aren’t allocated space in the Artists Campground - If you wish to camp with Family or Friends your camping allocation can be moved to the Main Festival Campgrounds.

TICKETS:

We do not issue tickets; performers who are contracted with the festival will receive a festival wristband when they check in.

We issue wrist bands to performers and presenters only.

#Family members (spouse and children) may be offered wristbands at a discount price but their accommodation will not be included.

There is a limit of discounted wristbands. These will become available closer to the event.

They do not Include camping. Family and Friends aren’t allocated space in the Artists Campground - If you wish to camp with Family or Friends your camping allocation can be moved to Festival Campgrounds.

BACKLINE: Production and Backline is provided at most programmed venues: Keyboard, Bass Amp, Guitar Amp and Drum kit, please bring snares and cymbals. If your needs differ from this You may need to supply your own equipment, but please let me know - Stage Plots really help.
Acknowledgement
All successful performers / presenters will be booked with the understanding that all insurance, including but not limited to public liability insurance, travel insurance, health insurance, any tax relating to income earned, work cover liabilities and loss or theft of property shall be the responsibility of The Performer / Presenter and not the Nannup Music Club.
The Nannup Music Club shall not be liable for further claims of a professional or personal nature.
I have the permission to represent the performer / presenter in all dealings with the Nannup Music Festival. I shall inform the Festival of any changes to this arrangement.
I am the principal contact of the performer / presenter.
I will receive all correspondence and forward all information onto the other members of the group.
I will faithfully return all required information, in full, by dates requested by the festival - incl APRA forms by festival close.
I acknowledge that this application does not guarantee selection and that if selected, the Festival programmer has the sole right to determine the act’s position (within the agreed availability).
I also understand that the festival does not provide free tickets or camping to friends or family of performers.
The programmers’ decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
Please be assured that all applications are considered- and if for any reason you are unsuccessful, please don't take it personally. I too know the feeling and Seriously, its not a rejection- its a 'I cant make it fit' x
