- Selection of vendors is made by the Horse Show Board. A deposit of $150 is required to submit your application. Deposits may be refunded if the vendor is not selected by the Horse Show Board to participate in the Gaited Gallery. Vendors are not guaranteed space in Gaited Gallery until full payment is received. Refunds of deposits or full payment will not be issued if the merchant does not participate in Gaited Gallery. Neither the Junior League of Lexington, Inc., the Lexington Junior League Horse Show, nor any members, agents, officers, or employees of any said entities shall be responsible for the loss, damage or destruction of or to any merchandise, equipment, goods, or articles of any kind brought on the premises of the horse show grounds by the merchant. Each merchant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Junior League of Lexington, Inc., The Lexington Junior League Horse Show, and each of the members, agents, and employees of said entities from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and damage arising out of or related to the operation of the merchant at The Lexington Junior League Horse Show. The merchant shall be subject to and abide by the rules and regulations of The Lexington Junior League Horse Show and the Kentucky Horse Park. No merchant may sublet any portion of any space. The merchant represents and warrants to the Junior League of Lexington, Inc. that all merchants displayed or offered for sale will be properly licensed for the use of all trademarks shown on the merchandise, and none of the merchandise will be offered in a manner that results in infringement of any trademark or other intellectual property of any manufacturer. Breach of this representation and warranty will be grounds for the immediate revocation of the merchant’s right to occupy the space(s) described above. Any use of the Junior League, Inc., Junior League Lexington, Inc., and Lexington Junior League Horse Show logo will be reviewed and approved by Junior League of Lexington Marketing Chair.
