    2025 Summer Community Show

  • Dear Auditionee,

    Please prepare one song selection from the musical theatre canon (no patter songs or Sondheim.) Bring an accompaniment track or youtube link to sing to. It is recommended that you bring a water bottle with you and make sure to wear clothes and shoes you can easily dance in at your audition.

    Auditions are going to be conducted in groups. Groups A & B are the same process, one group will start with dancing and the other singing. Please pick a time slot from the ones available but also be prepared to stay longer as we will be calling back some actors at 4:00PM for a chemistry reading. We would also like to ask that you arrive ten minutes early to fill out paperwork. We will have a calendar with all of the possible rehearsal dates. You will need to inform us of all possible conflicts at your audition. We take conflicts into consideration when we schedule rehearsals. If you are only interested in volunteering or being on tech crew please indicate below. We won't make you read but we would still like to meet with you to talk about your role in the show.

    Please tell us at your audition which of the following dates are a scheduling conflict for you.

    Rehearsals:

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: June 9th - July 24th (6:00-8:30pm)

    Saturdays: June 14 th-July 26th (10:00am-2:00pm)

    Tech Reahearsals:

    July 28, 29, 30 (6:00-8:30)


    Performances:

    July 31 5pm - 10:00pm (7:00pm potential show)

    Aug 1st 5:00pm - 10:00pm (7:00pm)

    Aug 2nd 12:00pm - 10:00pm ( 2:00 PM & 7:00pm show)

    Aug 3rd 12:00pm -5:00pm (2:00pm)

    Aug 8th 5:00pm -10:00pm (7:00pm Show)

    Aug 9th 12:00pm - 11:00pm ( 2:00 PM & 7:00pm show, potential strike)

    Aug 10th 12:00 - 9:00pm (2:00pm potential show and strike)

     

    Dates in red cannot be missed.

    Set build happens during rehearsal on Saturdays.

    No rehearsal Jun 30th - July 5th

  • WAIVER OF LIABILITY/RELEASE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY In consideration of myself and/or my child being allowed to participate in From Page to Stage Productions-sponsored activities, I assume any and all risks, including risk of injury or death, associated with my or my child’s use of said facilities and/or participation in said activities. I further agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assigns, and personal representatives, to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, including attorney fees, I now, or may hereafter have, whether known or unknown, against From Page to Stage Productions (FPTSP) and its officials, employees, and agents for any injuries suffered by me or my child in connection with participation in FPTSP-sponsored activities. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver of Liability and fully understand that I am waiving any right that I may have to bring a legal action or to assert a claim against the From Page to Stage Productions.

  • I hereby grant to From Page To Stage Productions, its sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns ("FPTS") the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs (including video, photography, and performance) of me, or my child, or in which I or my child may be included, for publication, electronic reproductions (web sites) and/or promotional materials or any other purpose and in any manner or medium. In addition, I grant my permission to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release the photographer and FPTS from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
