$25 per shared lead (these leads will be shared with other roofers in our network)
Terms & Contractor Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, I confirm that:
I am a
licensed and insured roofing contractor
in the states where I provide services.
I will
maintain active insurance coverage
and notify Rooferral.com immediately of any lapse or changes.
I am
responsible for ensuring compliance
with all local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
I understand that Rooferral.com is a referral service and does not employ or oversee my business operations.
I will uphold professional standards in communication, service quality, and
customer satisfaction
.
I agree to provide fair and
competitive pricing
and honor all commitments made to customers.
I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in
termination of this agreement
.
I understand that Rooferral.com offers clients "contactless service" options and agree to provide
contactless inspections and estimates
if selected.
I agree to use Rooferal.com provided Contractor Estimate Form to provide the client with their intitial estimate and continue to use Rooferral.com's sytem until a service agreement has been entered into with the client.
I understand that any attempt to curcimvent Rooferral.com to contract services with a lead provided may lead to
civil penalties and termination
of this agreement.
