Payments:

All lessons will be invoiced monthly. Payments are to be made on or before the 26th of every month for the coming month.

Lessons will only be during school terms and are not refundable.

Registration fee - R250

Monthly Lessons - R350 (excluding racket rentals if needed) - Rackets can be rented or purchased at Padel Park. (Rentals R25 per lesson)

By enrolling my child in the Peak Padel Junior Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Parental Consent:
I, the parent/guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the Peak Padel Junior Academy training sessions under the supervision of the appointed coaches.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand that while all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure my child’s safety, participation in sports activities, including padel, involves an inherent risk of injury. I accept that Peak Padel, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that may occur during training sessions, matches, or related activities.

Medical Emergencies:
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Peak Padel coaches and staff to provide first aid and, if necessary, arrange for medical assistance. I understand that any medical costs incurred will be my responsibility.

Code of Conduct:
I agree that my child will follow the rules, instructions, and guidelines set by the academy and coaches to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all participants.

Equipment & Fees:
I acknowledge that rackets are not included in the training fees and that my child can rent or purchase one if needed. I also agree to pay the registration and monthly fees as required.
