Participation fee:

ECStA-Members: 300,- EUR per person

ECStA-Non members: 600,- EUR per person

The participation fee includes the organisational costs of the study visit as well as some local transport and some of the meals during the study visit. PLease note that all travel and accommodation costs (hotels) as well as the conference fee for the Cacuss Annual Conference are to be paid additionally and separately by the participants.

Registration terms and cancellation policy:

By completing the online registration form, participants make a binding commitment to the trip. Cancellations must be received at least two (2) weeks before the start of the event. A cancellation after that will be charged 80% of the participation fee. Please also consider the cancellation policies of your airline as well as of the Cacuss Annual Conference. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
