2025 Eton Arts Week - En Plein Air

This is the official entry form for artists to take part in the 2025 Eton Arts Week - En Plein Air. You will first need to read all the En Plein Air information available on the event website www.etonartsweek.co.uk. Participating artists must be aged 18 or older on 24th May 2025. All communication by email should be sent to artsweek@visiteton.info

PHOTOS: All artists taking part in the Eton En Plein Air 2025 event are liable to be photographed. By entering the event, you agree to be photographed and your image may be used in publicity and promotional activity.

FEES TO PARTICIPATE: It costs £50 for an artist to enter the Eton En Plein Air 2025 event. This is payable by funds transfer only. Selecting your preferred Eton En Plein Air 2025 locations. Refer to the map on the website. From the list of locations listed below select your three preferred locations, drag them into the right column in your preferred order (i.e. 1st 2nd 3rd)

Locations are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If none of the three locations you have selected are still available, we (The En Plein Air Organisers) will allocate an available location to you.

Between 4.00pm and 5.00pm your completed art must be taken to the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute Hall Eton Court SL4 6BY for the judging. It must have a fully completed "ART LABEL" (which we provide) and an easel. After judging and awards at 6.00pm the art will remain in the Austen-Leigh and Baldwin Institute Halll all day Sunday and Monday for collection by you at 5.00pm on Monday

During Sunday and Monday if there is a customer interested in your work, and your art is marked with a sale price we can sell if for you. We then let you know it has been sold and the name of the customer. We will take 25% sales commission and transfer the net amount of the sale value. If you do not want your art sold then you must mark your label NFS (i.e. Not for sale)
