This is not to enroll a student. This is for: 1. If you live outside of Goshen schools district- THIS FORM PLUS A NEW/RETURN STUDENT ENROLLMENT IS NEEDED, or 2. If you live in one GCS school district and are requesting a different one.

Student Transfer requests are granted for one school year. Parent(s) seeking transfer for a subsequent year must submit a new application each school year.
