RAC School Age Summer Program Registration 2025 Ages 6-12
How to register your child/ren:
1. RAC's School Age Summer Program accepts children aged 6-12 years. (Children in SK going to Grade 1 who have not yet turned 6 are NOT eligible for this program)
2. Fill out the JotForm below and Submit one summer Registration Form per child.
3. A $50/week Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold your child's space.
4. Use the Calendar at the bottom of this Form to make an appointment to drop off your Deposit Cheque.
5. Once RAC receives your completed JotForm, you will receive an email confirming the amount of your Deposit, the weeks of confirmed registration, and your appointment time to drop off your Deposit Cheque, made out to Runnymede Adventure Club.
6. To complete your Registration, Summer Permission Forms will be emailed to you at a later date. (before Summer 2025)
7. We are receiving School Age Summer Registration Forms on a first come, first serve basis.
RAC Summer Hours

8:00am-5:00pm

We are Closed: Tuesday, July 1st & Monday, Aug 4th - Stat Holidays

First Day of Summer Program: Wednesday, July 2nd 2025

Last Day of Summer Program: Friday, Aug 22nd 2025

Please Note: We are closed Aug 25th - Aug 29th Inclusive.

Summer Program

Special Guests or Field Trips are scheduled weekly. RAC will travel by school bus for all major trips.

Planned Summer Activities Include:
- Weekly AM Clubs
- Arts & Crafts
- Cooking
- Games & Sports
- Community Outings- local parks, library, etc.
Fees

$300 (Weeks 2,3,4,5,7,8)

$200 (Week 1 three day week)

$270 (Week 6 four day week)

Snacks

Nutritious morning and afternoon snacks are provided daily.

Lunch

A nutritious, trans-fat free, catered lunch is provided based on a four-week rotating menu.

Cancellation Policy

A partial refund will be issued when RAC is given a FULL TWO WEEKS NOTICE of cancellation or if the cancellation is for medical reasons. Please note that the weekly deposit of $50.00, is non-refundable.
