If you are a student who has graduated, or if you are no longer a student or employee, you can use this form to have your letter-mail forwarded to a new address for 3 months. After 3 months, any mail we receive for you will be returned to the sender.
Note: This mail forwarding request is for first-class letter-mail only. Packages cannot be forwarded. Parcels received will be returned to the sender. It is the student's responsibility to update their current mailing address with anyone who send mail or packages.
