Contract, Handbook, Registration Acknowledgement

the undersigned, have read and understand the Stella's Chance contract, registration, and handbook which I agree to abide by in total, and I have kept a copy of this contract. I further understand that if any of Stella's Chance policies or rules are not followed, Stella's Chance has the right to cancel this contract in full without any refund of money. I understand that Stella's Chance reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete policies and will notify all student riders and their families.
