The strongest link between our therapeutic supplements and consumers is the presence and guidance of a qualified health care professional. In an effort to abide by our policy of selling to health care professionals only, please refer to the following criteria to see if you qualify.

    • Miscellaneous practitioner MP
    • Natural dispensary DI
    • Naturopathic doctor NA
    • Optometrist OD
    • Osteopathic doctor DO
    • Pharmacist (natural compounding/holistic pharmacy) PA
    • Physiotherapist/physical therapist/occupational therapist (physiotherapy clinic, sports/rehabilitation clinic) OT
    • Psychologist/Psychiatrist PY
    • Registered dietitian/nutritional counselor, RD
    • Registered holistic nutritionist/clinical nutritionist/holistic nutritional consultant HC
    • Registered nurse RN
    • Registered nutritional consultant RNC
    • Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor CD
    • Veterinarian DV
    • Dispensary clinics affiliated with the aforementioned accredited schools CL

     

    We do not sell Bioclinic Naturals products in a retail setting, direct to the general public in any manner. This would include: health food stores, conventional pharmacies, spas, athletic clubs, pet food stores, etc. However, the following retail exceptions apply:

     

    Pharmacy: Only licensed natural pharmacies may order from Bioclinic Naturals. Natural pharmacies differ from conventional pharmacies in that they offer holistic and alternative therapies alongside traditional pharmacy services. They may offer the following products and services: custom-compounding, health management advice, health consultation services, selection of professional grade supplements, etc.


    Natural dispensary/Health food store (HFS): Only authorized natural dispensaries/health food stores may order from Bioclinic Naturals. These businesses would have staff who are licensed in fields like nutrition, homeopathy, naturopathy, herbal studies, etc., that could offer consultation services on-site. They would also feature a wide selection of professional-grade supplements.

     

    For the aforementioned retail business types, the following criteria are required to open and maintain an account:


    • All products are to be shelved behind the counter or with signage indicating professional brands
    • HFS must have a relationship or business affiliations with a community of Health Care Professionals
    • HFS must provide the list of Health Care Professionals who refer and are affiliated with the Health Food Store
    • HFS must strictly adhere to prescriptions or requests provided by Health Care Professionals
    • HFS must have a space for consultations
    • HFS must have a qualified professional on staff
    • HFS are required to carry other professional brands

  • I/we the undersigned, agree to the Bioclinic Naturals Statement of Policy and Condition of Sales (see back page). I/we understand that failure to comply with any and/or all of these terms can result in the termination of credit. I/we hereby declare, that to the best of my/our knowledge, the information provided on this document is accurate. I/we hereby authorize Bioclinic Naturals and/or their designated agents to obtain credit reports or other information as may be necessary in connection with the establishment and maintenance of a credit account. In consideration for Bioclinic Naturals agreeing to grant credit to (Company Name).

    I/we agree to guarantee all debts of (Company Name) to Bioclinic Naturals.

  • STATEMENT OF POLICY & CONDITION OF SALES

  • TERMS
    1. No order, howsoever placed, shall bind Bioclinic NaturalsTM (hereinafter called the “Company”) unless and until accepted by a duly authorized officer or employee of the Company.


    2. Approved accounts are net 30 days. Customers with credit will receive a 2% discount if payment is received within 10 days of the invoice date. This discount is valid only for those with current accounts.


    3. The Company may change, alter, or modify the time of payment for goods or any agreement for extension of credit, or may require partial or full payment prior to shipping any goods, notwithstanding any contrary conditions specified in
    any order contract or sale.


    4. Any account with amounts 60 days past due will be sent prepaid (plus courier charge).


    5. Accounts over 30 days will be charged (24% per annum).


    6. NSF cheques – A charge of $30.00 will be made to any account where a cheque is returned by the bank for non-payment of funds.


    7. Title to all goods shall remain in the Company until the
    goods are fully paid for.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS
    • Payments are accepted by cheque, VISA, or Mastercard.
    • All accounts are due and payable to the Company. 


    NEW ACCOUNTS
    • New accounts are prepaid until credit is established.


    CLAIMS
    • All goods shall be deemed shipped and/or delivered to the purchaser at the time they are placed in the hands of a carrier for delivery to the purchaser of his order and all responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction of any said goods is thereupon assumed by the purchaser.
    • No claim may be made that the goods delivered are not in accordance with the invoice unless a claim is made within 10 days after the said goods have been delivered to the purchaser.
    • All damaged or missing boxes must be noted on the waybill when the order is signed for. All boxes must be counted upon receipt. The Company cannot take responsibility, or credit you, for items that have not been marked as missing or damaged on the waybill.


    RETURNS
    • All product returns must be pre-authorized by contacting a Company Customer Service Representative requesting a Return Authorization number and providing a reason for the return. Products sold past 120 days are not accepted for credit.
    • Product must be in condition for resale.
    • Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    An additional 15% handling fee will be charged on all product that requires additional cleaning.
    • Product returned broken due to improper packaging will not be credited.

    • Personal arrangements for the return of the product by mail or courier that is not received by the Company will not be credited.

    • Product must be received and accounted for by the
    Company before credit will be issued.

     

    CONSUMER RETURNS CREDIT REQUEST
    The following information is required to satisfy the regulations of Health Canada and/or the US Food and Drug Administration, to investigate and/or follow up on any complaints and to issue a credit:

    -Consumer’s name

    -Product Code

    -Consumer’s phone number

    -Lot number

    -Specific details as to the reason for the consumer return

    -Expiry Date

    Do not return the product to the Company that has been opened by the consumer.

    ADJUSTMENTS
    • In the event of an error in billing or shipping, please do not change invoices. Please notify Customer Service within 10 days and we will make the necessary adjustments. We will not take responsibility for any discrepancies on invoices not reported within 10 days from the date of the invoice.

    SHIPPING
    • All orders over $300.00 will be shipped freight prepaid.


    PROOF OF DELIVERY
    • If you require proof of delivery for a shipment, you must notify the courier or our office within 10 days of the invoice.


    PRICES
    • The price for goods shall be determined from the price list of the Company in effect at the time of shipment of any order.
    • Prices are subject to change without notice. 


    CONDITIONS
    • All orders accepted and made by the Company are accepted and/or made upon and subject to these conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. In all cases of conflict between these conditions and the requirements of the purchase order, these conditions shall prevail.
