Festa Italiana Strawberry Swing Pop-Up 2025

Friday, May 30th from 5pm-9pm and Saturday May 31 from 11am - 9pm
Booths are outdoor on asphalt/roadway. 10x10 white tents are required. The Swing has white tents available to rent for $50/day.

Booth fees are $250 plus 10% of sales over $2,500.00

Vendor applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and you will be contacted within two weeks of your appliction (give or take).

One of Kansas City’s favorite festivals, Festa Italiana, the unique celebration of Italian traditions and Italian-American culture, returns for 2025. This longtime local ethnic festival draws visitors from across metropolitan Kansas City and beyond. Enjoy an amazing assortment of Italian food favorites, great entertainment on the main stage all weekend, an Italian Motorsports Show, Strawberry Swing Indie Craft Fair, bounce houses for kids and much more.
