  • _________________________________________________________

  • Important information about Housing Options this year:

If you are planning to stay overnight on campus, please read this section carefully.

Here are a few highlights of housing options and assignments:

    • Two housing options - dorm rooms and apartments
    • Dorm Rooms each have 2 long twin beds.  Rooms are located on a hall with a large common bathroom.  If you want to choose your dormmate, please talk to each other before you register.  If we need to assign your roommate, it will be someone of the same gender.
    • Apartments have 4 small bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, table, and small living area.  Each bedroom has one long twin.  At this time we are prioritizing apartments for people registering to stay all 4 nights.  There are a limited number of apartments available.
    • Scholarship recipients (50% discount) and Youth Program will be prioritized for double occupied dorm rooms.
    • Children younger than 14 must sleep with parent or guardian.
    • Let us know if stairs are too difficult!

GoTo link below for more complete housing info.

    • Hover over any input field and there may be additional helpful information about that field.

  • IF everything goes well you will receive a "Thank You" page with a big green check mark when you are done!

If you don't get this "Thank You" page, you probably have not been registered!

    Registration Section 2 of 5

  • Primary Contact Information

  • This Section of registration requires one person to register as the PRIMARY CONTACT in case of emergency or other problems.  This person is also responsible for paying the final bill in Section 4.

If you are a single registrant, fill out person 1 in Section 3.  If you have multiple persons in your “household”, then in the next section you will fill out person 1 for yourself and then a separate form (person 2,3,4) for each person in your household with yourself designated as Primary only.

If you are sending your youth/child with another adult sponsor, please fill out section 3 for your youth/child and we will have your contact information on file. If a child/youth is attending without their parent(s) or legal guardian, we expect you to have a conversation prior to Sessions with Children Program Hannah Branson or Youth Services Committee Clerk David Hyde.   This conversation will be initiated by your registration.  They will contact you.

Please fill out Primary Contact Information below.

  • Choice of room options

    • Dorm Rooms have two twin beds in each room. Dorms are nearer the center of activity.  The teen and YAF groups will be in the dorms.
    • Apartments have  4 single bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.  We are PRIORITIZING Full 4 night stays for registrants at this time.

    All rooms are air-conditioned.

You may arrange to be roommates with specific friends and indicate this agreement in Section 3. Roommates chosen for you in dorms will have the same identified gender. There are no gender restrictions on shared rooms by choice.

Each dorm room can be a single or shared. A shared room can be two people that want to share or you can leave the choice of roommate to us. Prices are based on how many beds (1-single or 2-shared) that you require.

There are no public elevators in dorms or apartments.

Both dorm rooms and apartments can be first or second floor. If you have a preference or requirement please put it in a comment. Answering "No" to the question on ability to walk stairs will put all people in this registration on a ground floor.

Golf carts will be available on a "bus schedule".

Teens and Young Adults will be housed in rooms close to one another by default unless requested otherwise.

Dorm Halls and Apartments will not be gender specific.

  • Please let us know if you have concerns or anticipated needs that you would like us to address ahead of time or during the sessions

  • Payments

If you don't want to pay through a Square option on this form, you have a number of other options. If you want another option, click on one of the alternate options below to let us know.

FYI  - Cash, Check and Zelle cost the least for OVYM.

  • Square options info, such as Credit Card, will not show below unless you choose "Pay using Square".

Zelle HowTo info, will not show below unless you choose "Pay using Zelle".

Square now offers quite a few options for payment. (Credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, CashApp, and ACH). I would recommend only using a payment option if you are familiar with it, have used it before on this computer you are using now, or you will be prompted to download the required apps like GooglePay, CashApp, and Plaid (used by ACH). ApplePay will only work on Apple computers configured for ApplePay. Using options new to you may get confusing.

Credit Card is the only option we have offered in the past. Please be careful to enter your credit card info exactly as on your card, otherwise you will get an error.

  • You can pay with Zelle as follows:

This is often on the first page.
If they don't have Zelle, choose another option above.
