Oaktoberfest is celebrating its 18th year!

Thank you for your interest in being part of this year’s Oaktoberfest in the Dimond District. Product donations from participating breweries and wineries enable the Dimond Improvement Association to fund community improvement projects and programs throughout the year thanks to this fundraiser AND your participation is greatly appreciated.

Brewery Invitation & Application for Participation in Oaktoberfest in the Dimond
Please confirm by August 31 to take full advantage of the advanced marketing we provide brewery participants. Deadline to be listed on the event T-Shirt is Sept. 8th.

Come out for a diverse, family-friendly event, mingle with the crowd, and showcase your beer and brewery with whatever you would like to use to promote (banners, fliers, email sign-up).

Brewery Participants will receive:
1. Brewery listing and logo in the event program
2. Logo and link on the event website
3. Brewery name on the event t-shirt
4. Recognition on event social media platforms through the year

Terms & Agreement - I am voluntarily participating in the Oaktoberfest beverage program. I acknowledge my participation in these events does not come without the risk of injury or harm; I accept this risk, and assume responsibility for all liability and risk associated with my participation. I agree to hold harmless, release, waive and forever discharge the Laurel District Association, and the City of Oakland , its employees, departments, officers and agents, from any and all claims or demands I may have by reason of any accident, illness, injury, loss, destruction or damage to property, arising or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in this activity. I further covenant not to bring any legal action against the Dimond Improvement Association, and the City of Oakland , its employees, departments, officers and agents, for any injury, loss or damage resulting from my participation in this activity. This Waiver and Release is contractual and not a mere recital and applies whether or not injury or loss resulting from this activity is caused by an act or omission of the Dimond Improvement Association, and the City of Oakland ,its employees, departments, officers or agents, negligent or otherwise. This Waiver and Release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and all of my family members, and applies to all losses, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, related to my participation in this activity. I hereby grant permission to the Dimond Improvement Association to use photographs and video of me taken during this activity on its website and in other publications, at the Association's sole discretion and without further consideration. This Waiver and Release was executed on the above date in Oakland, California and is valid for a 12 month period from the date of signing.*
