VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS
AtwoodFest prioritizes local businesses, residents, and previous vendors when space is limited.
NOT FOR PROFIT
Non-profit organizations are not allowed to raise funds during the event - however you may distribute fundraising materials/information, gather contacts, etc.
FOOD VENDORS
Attendees expect diverse food offerings. Festival representatives may limit the number of vendors selling the same type of food.
Vendors may offer non-alcoholic beverages (soda, flavored water, juices) in non-glass containers. Bottled water, alcohol, and THC beverages may not be offered by vendors.
In compliance with the Madison City Health Code, all food service areas must have a canopy or tent and a Temporary Restaurant Permit (note: grills and cooktops are not allowed under canopies or tents per fire code). Vendors must apply for permits with the city.
Cottage food vendors: No power will be provided, no cooking/heating is allowed, and all food must be pre-made. All applicable laws and regulations must be followed.
INSURANCE
All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing the following as additionally insured:
Atwood-Barrymore Corporation
2090 ATWOOD AVE., MADISON, WI 53704
Schenk-Atwood-Starkweather-Yahara Neighborhood Association

ELECTRICITY
Food Vendors Only: Reasonable electricity (within 100’ of your exhibit) is provided at no extra cost. Vendors must supply their own extension cords and avoid using multiple high-amp units on power strips. Please include the required units/amperage on your registration; failure to do so may result in unmet electrical needs.
All Other Vendors (arts, crafts, mass produced, informational, and not-for-profits): No electricity is available unless you provide your own Honda Whisper-level quiet generator (60dB or less—check your owner’s manual). If using a generator, list it on your registration; all generators are subject to approval.
SELLER’S PERMIT
Vendors selling items must have a valid State of Wisconsin Seller’s Permit. The permit number is required on your registration.
OVERNIGHT SUPERVISION
Exhibits may remain overnight. Although personnel will be present, Atwood-Barrymore Corporation, SASYNA, and Sector67 are not responsible for any missing or damaged materials.
REGISTRATION FEES/CANCELLATION
Exhibit types and fees are detailed on the registration form. Submission with the applicable fee does not guarantee space; registrations are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration form and this document constitute the sole agreement between the vendor and AtwoodFest. AtwoodFest representatives reserve the right to cancel or nullify registrations if the event is canceled for any reason (e.g., inclement weather, riot, national disaster, or accident/sickness). If the event is cancelled for any reason, exhibit fees are non-refundable, and AtwoodFest is not liable for damages.
