This form is to add a SPEAKING SPONSORSHIP to an existing table sponsorship at the 2025 Annual Conference of the SGAGMC at Epworth by the Sea. You MUST have filled out the base sponsor form prior to submitting this form AND you have prior pre-approval by the SGAGMC before submitting this form. SGAGMC Annual Conference 2025 SPEAKING Sponsorship ADD-ON
If you have a custom sponsorship agreed by conference leadership, you must pay by check. This is a $1,000 add-on (in addition to a sponsorship table for $200) to allow for the sponsor to speak for up to 5 minutes at a SGAGMC session. This sponsorship must be pre-approved by SGAGMC. You may pay via check to the SGAGMC at South Georgia Annual Conference, c/o The Chapel 114 Harris Farm Rd, Brunswick, GA 31520. Payment must be received by June 1st. The SGAGMC has the right to refuse any sponsorship for any reason.
