Sponsorship Payment Terms and Conditions Payment Structure The sponsor agrees to pay the full sponsorship amount as outlined in the selected package. Payments can be made in full upfront or through agreed-upon installments. Payment Methods Acceptable payment methods include: Check made out to "Confidance Inside-out LLC", Bank transfer Credit/debit card PayPal or other online payment platforms Check (if applicable) Payment details will be provided upon agreement. Due Date Full payment or the first installment is due within [X] days of signing the agreement. If paying in installments, subsequent payments are due on [specified dates]. Late Payments A late fee of [e.g., 5% of the outstanding balance] will be applied for payments received after [e.g., 7 days] past the due date. The sponsor will be notified of overdue payments before any penalties apply. Cancellation & Refund Policy Sponsors may cancel their sponsorship with written notice. Refunds are available as follows: 100% refund if canceled [e.g., within 7 days] of payment and before sponsorship benefits begin. 50% refund if canceled after sponsorship benefits have started but within the 1 weeks]. No refunds after [1 week] of sponsorship benefits being delivered. The organization reserves the right to cancel the sponsorship due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued. Sponsorship Activation Sponsorship. Benefits will begin only after full payment or the first installment is received. In-Kind Sponsorships If sponsorship is provided through goods or services instead of cash, the agreed-upon value must be met before sponsorship benefits are activated. Modification of Agreement Any modifications to payment terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Legal Compliance Both parties agree to abide by applicable laws and regulations regarding sponsorship agreements.
