  • Participation Agreement 


    Purpose
    This Participation Agreement ensures that all participants understand their responsibilities and adhere to a code of conduct that promotes unity, respect, and professionalism during practices and the parade.

    Responsibilities of Participants

    • Attendance and Punctuality
    • Attend all scheduled practices and arrive on time.
    • Notify the designated organizer in advance if you are unable to attend.


    T-Shirt Requirement

    • Wear the mandatory branded Alumni practice T-shirt to every practice session.
    • Participation will not be permitted without the official T-shirt.

    Registration fee

    • Ensure the $50.00 registration fee is paid to confirm participation and receive the branded T-shirt.
    • Complete and sign the official registration form.

    Preparation and Participation

    • Actively participate in all rehearsals, costume fittings, and other preparatory activities.
    • Assist with group tasks as needed to ensure the success of the event.


    Safety and Responsibility

    • Follow all safety guidelines during practices and on the day of the parade.
    • Handle costumes, props, and instruments with care to prevent damage.

    • Treat all participants, organizers, and volunteers with respect and professionalism.
    • Work collaboratively with the group to maintain a positive and supportive environment.


    Commitment to Excellence

    • Strive to represent CI Gibson High School with pride, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
    • Adhere to all instructions given by organizers and parade coordinators.
    • No Disruptive Behavior
    • Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior during practices and the parade.
    • Maintain decorum and always uphold CI Gibson High School's values.

    Substance-Free Environment

    • Abstain from the use of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances during practices and the parade.
    • Report any violations of this rule to the organizers immediately.

    Dress Code

    • Ensure costumes and attire are worn appropriately and reflect the school’s standards.

    Inclusivity and Support

    • Encourage participation from all members, regardless of skill level or background.
    • Provide support and mentorship to fellow participants as needed.
