All players must be current financial members of Gladstone 8-Ball Association to nominate for an event. A player's eligibility to any event requires them to be registered to a team and have played at least 5 nights fixtures for that team. Commitee approval to be sought when this is not the case. If the event takes place prior to a season commencing, then any Cross Over season fixture or previous year fixtures will fulfill this requirement. If you do not meet this criteria, please speak to a Manangement Committee member before nominating.
With the introduction of PlayHQ and this system not yet being operational GEBA will maintain a record of players registered to teams until a players registration can be completed and paid. If your team has a bye in the first week of fixtures or you haven't played please advise the Tournament Director when you nominate via this form.
This form must be completed in full and submitted no later than 8pm of the last Thursday prior to the event.

Eligibility: The player must remain financial to be eligible. If any payment agreement is to be utilised to pay for the event this MUST be signed off by at least two members of the Management Committee prior to the event.
The player Code of Conduct is in effect from the time of lodgement of this nomination and remains in effect until the completion of the event.
Dress Code for any event, unless otherwise stated, is GEBA Clubhouse Dress Code. Please ask if unsure.
