團體奬項比賽除設有個人奬項，大會亦設有以下奬項頒發予表現優秀之團體：傑出音樂推廣奬 (團體)：推薦10位或以上學生參加任何比賽組別。榮譽音樂教育奬：推薦10位或以上學生參加任何比賽組別，並最少兩名學生同時獲三甲以內。卓越音樂教育奬：頒發予參與人數最多之團體。
頒奬典禮及優勝者音樂會頒奬典禮及優勝者音樂會將於2025年5月或以後舉行，團體奬項將會於頒奬典禮上頒發，而各組別優勝者將有機會於當日優勝者音樂會演奏比賽得奬曲目，詳請將稍後公佈。
若參賽者希望參加多於一個組別，則需分行填寫（每行一個組別）If the applicant want to participate in more than one competition group, it should be filled in multiple rows. (1 row per group)

團體報名優惠凡推薦10-20名學生報名任何比賽組別，本會只收取上限港幣$5500元正，如報名人數超過20人，須分開兩張團體報名表格填寫 (每張報名表可填20人)。
所有費用可透過以下方法遞交
銀行轉帳/櫃位存款：恆生銀行戶口：024-788-673200-001 (Hong Kong Music And Performing Arts Association)，如使用恆生銀行或匯豐銀行轉帳，毋須輸入銀行編號024。
轉數快: 恆生銀行戶口：024-788-673200-001 (Hong Kong Music And Performing Arts Association)，如 E-Banking時戶口名稱太長，可簡寫 “HK Music And Performing Arts” 。
#Personal Information Collection Statement
Hong Kong Music Talent intends to use the Data only for identity verification and liaison in relation to Hong Kong Music Talent Music Competition 2019. However, Organizers will never publish or transmit the personal information without prior consent of the Contestants. Personal Data are then destroyed after the competition.
