NOTE: After completing this Registration you will also receive a request for relevant tax paperwork. We will also need that completed tax paperwork prior to releasing funds, and in the cases of larger payments (over two hundred dollars), a statement may be sent to the Influencer to approve via electronic signature prior to the payment being made to ensure accuracy. Influencer Program Components* This field is required.There are five different components that make up this program. Participation in all portions is NOT necessary. Changes or removal of one or more portions does not cancel out the remaining portions or the overall agreement. There are different levels of participation within the program which we refer to as being an Advocate, a Community Influencer, or an Advisory Board Member. For the purposes of this document we will refer to all three of them collectively and interchangeably as “Influencer”. A brief summary is provided here for each component. The full terms of each component are available for you to read at any time in the online Terms and Conditions document.

Component 1 - Fundraising* This field is required.You will be provided with various fundraising tools which may include customized fundraising pages, personalized URLs or short links, and social graphics. You can share these materials online, in print, via text, and via email. Please do NOT create cloned websites or advertising materials without prior written approval from our organization. You will receive a Fundraising Incentive of ten and one half percent (10.5%) of Net Funds based on the Eligible Fundraising. Net Funds are equivalent to the total amount of Eligible Fundraising less the direct costs associated with the fundraising (such as credit card processing fees).

Component 2 - Online Sales* This field is required.You will be provided with various online sales marketing tools - such as specialized links, social graphics, and customized landing pages - for our merchandise and products featured in our platforms such as our websites, online Shop, and online Academy. You will receive a Marketing Incentive of ten and one half percent (10.5%) of Net Sales based on the Eligible Sales. Net Sales are equivalent to the total amount of Eligible Sales less the shipping fees, taxes, and/or promotional discounts utilized by the purchaser(s).

Component 3 - Community Growth* This field is required.You will be provided with team tracking tools such as online forms and customized links to track additional people they have enticed to join the Influencer program, known as your Amplifiers. You will receive a Community Growth Incentive of four and one half percent (4.5%) of Net Funds of the Eligible Fundraising generated by all of their Amplifiers. You will also receive a Community Growth Incentive of four and one half percent (4.5%) of Net Sales of the Eligible Sales generated by all of their Amplifiers.

Component 4 - Content Creation* This field is required.You are encouraged to create content to appeal to the audiences of our initiatives. Content may be based on existing content or it may be a unique perspective you can offer. Unless otherwise specified in writing, there is no financial compensation for content creation by an Influencer, but when we can we will amplify your content by liking it, sharing it, and/or cross-posting it. It is our goal to (1) grow your overall visibility and (2) provide more opportunities for financial incentives via fundraising, online sales, and/or community growth.

Component 5 - Artwork Licensing* This field is required.You may submit Artwork or creative concepts for merchandise to be offered on one or more of our Platforms Should your Artwork be accepted, you will receive a notification and you'll be granting us a Non-Exclusive License to add that Artwork to our products. That Licensing may be revoked at any time by you with 90 days notice to provide opportunity for all product sales and existing marketing cycles to be finalized. You will receive compensation for any and all sales of items which include the Artwork, known as Royalties. Royalties vary by product and are approximately fifty percent (50%) of the Net Margin of the product sales which contain the Licensed Artwork. Net Margins are equivalent to the amount of the sale of an item less the Costs it takes to produce, ship, and market that item, including financial incentives paid to one or more Influencers to market your product. There is no maximum or cap on your Royalties for your Artwork product sales.

Signature* This field is required.By signing below you acknowledge that in the event that you provided incorrect or inaccurate payment information to the Organization for the purpose of receiving payments, the Organization shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of such incorrect or inaccurate information. You also acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of payment information provided to the Organization, and that any payments made to an incorrect or unauthorized account shall be the sole responsibility of you as the Contractor. This agreement shall supersede prior agreements both oral and written. The relevant terms and sections of the Service Agreement, including section nine regarding Arbitration, shall survive the term of the Program Agreement. By electronically or physically signing this document you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement provided with this document as an attachment entitled “Terms and Conditions - Advocacy and Influencer Service Agreement”.
