Terms and conditions

Bins are not transferable, therefore must remain on the premises to which it is delivered.
All bins remain the property of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.
Ensure your bin is placed out on the road verge by 6am on the bin collection day;
The bin should be placed approximately one (1) meter away from the road, be (0.5) meters from other bins and should not obstruct any footpath;
1m clear of cars, mailboxes, and trees or under tree canopies
The hinges should be placed AWAY from the road.

Your bin will not be collected if:

Items are not contained within the bin.
The bin lid is not fully closed.
The bin is overloaded or too heavy - 70kg maximum.

As the owner I accept the fees for this service and understand that this fee will be subject to change annually. I note that these fees will be added to my rates notice.
