Good day.

In reference to the attached memorandum from OSM Thome, please be informed that starting March 2025, the basic wage and guaranteed overtime will be implemented as the new basis for the allotment of all Filipino seafarers, in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers (Republic Act No. 12021) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

As a result of these changes, all Filipino onboard and will sign on crew members are required to complete the new Allotment Summary Form, which is attached.
