The Railway is happy to provide up to two complimentary day passes for each Classic Car registration. Please note these will be issued to you on the day; if you are attending the event on multiple dates, passes will be issued to you each day.

Terms & Conditions

I declare that during the whole period of the above event, I and any persons associated with the registered vehicles and/or exhibits/stands, agree to keep the North Norfolk Railway, its organisers, officers and any person officially connected with the event, indemnified from all damages and costs in respect of all accidents, damages and injuries arising to any person or property caused by me.

I understand that the organisers reserve the right to refuse to accept entry for any reason they should deem necessary.

I agree to adhere to the site entry and exit timings set out by North Norfolk Railway in the briefing documents and understand that I may be refused entry/exit outside of those times. i also agree to leave the site in a clean state, free of refuse.

I understand that while we will make every effort to keep display clubs together, please note that we cannot guarantee this.

Consent to Photograph /Video Individuals

I hereby agree and give my permission for the North Norfolk Railway and/or partners to record, film, photograph myself and all those registered on this form (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the North Norfolk Railway website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works.
