Lansing Mudcat Player Registration Form

Use this form to register for summer baseball and softball teams.
Welcome Mudcats! We are excited for the Summer 2026 season! Please complete the entire form and submit payment to complete your registration. Please use one form for your whole family.
- Registration fees for summer 2026 are $35.00 per participant. You will be asked to pay this via card at the end of the form. The maximum charge is $105.00, or three children. Any amount over that is waived for additional children.
- If you would like to complete a paper form and pay with check or cash you can do so at Lansing City Hall - 696 Main Street*, Lansing, IA 52151.
- Please register your child no later than April 6th. We need to know how many children are playing this year to make an appropriate division of teams.
- If teams fill up, a precedent will be given to kids living in the Eastern Allamakee Community School District. If teams fill and you are outside this area, a full refund will be given.
*City Hall has moved to the old middle school, next to the Catholic church.
