Camp Overview
We Rock the Spectrum Summerville will host an 8-week Summer Camp for ages 3 – 12 and of all abilities. Summer camp will be subdivided into the following 3 groups:

Team Yellow: Our Level 1 campers of ages 3 – 5. Our level 1 campers are those who require more hands-on assistance in activities and transitioning through our camp schedule.

Team Blue: Our Level 2 campers of ages 6 – 9. Our level 2 campers are able to participate in camp activities with more independence and are interested in more social interaction with peers through our activities.

Team Red: Our Level 3 campers of ages 10 – 12. Our level 3 campers will enjoy connecting with peers, experiencing kinesthetic learning through sensory play and activity.

Our Summer Camp will provide movement through Open Play as well as group activities like yoga and movement-based games with our other campers. Campers will also have arts/crafts as well as a sensory friendly learning activity for each of our camp’s weekly themes. Each week, our camp theme will explore different categories such as Outerspace, Under the sea, STEM/Science and MORE! We also can expect to have special guests visit and they will help us learn more about our weekly theme.
Camp Schedule
Camp is held Monday – Friday. We offer half day and full day camp options:

Half Day Camp - AM 9:00am – 12:00pm

Half Day Camp - PM 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Full Day Camp - 9:00am - 3:30pm

Camp begins June 2 and ending July 25. Campers will be provided with a snack during 1/2 day camps. Our Full day Campers will have a lunch time in their schedule. Those who choose the full day camp schedule, should provide their child's lunch.

All campers should bring a backpack filled with the items below:
- 1 change of clothes (minimum, in a Ziploc bag with name)
- Diapers/pull ups and wipes, if needed (labeled)
- Refillable water bottle
- Snack, if there are extensive dietary restrictions. (* snack is provided otherwise.We are a nut free facility)
- Lunch, if you are a full day camper
- Any additional items needed - If your child requires items such as, chew necklace, headphones, communication device, visual assistance cards, etc.
Camper : Staff Ratio
Campers will be divided into small groups. Our Staff:Camper ratio is as follows:
Team Yellow 1 staff: 3 campers
Team Blue 1 staff: 4 campers
Team Red 1 staff: 6 campers

Our staff will increase to meet any additional needs necessary for our campers.

Request for Therapists to join camp:
Families are welcome to have their BcBA, OT or Speech therapist attend camp with their child if a 1:1 aid is needed. Please note that this accommodation must be documented at the time of Registration. Therapists planning to attend camp must present ID & Business ID to keep on file.
Camp Pricing
1/2 Day Camp:
- 3 Days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) - $175/week
- 5 Days (Monday - Friday) - $275/week
Full Day Camp:
- 3 Days ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday) - $285/week
- 5 Days (Monday-Friday) - $475/week
Drop in/Additional Day (1-day, pending availability) - $55/day 1/2 day

Drop in/Additional Day (1-day, pending availability) - $95/day Full Day

REGISTRATION FEE: A non refunable deposit of $60 will hold your campers spot and will be deducted from the remaining camp balance.
Camp payments and Cancellation Policy
If a camper misses a day of camp and We Rock Summerville is not notified within 24 hours of the start of the camp day, We Rock Summerville will charge for the day missed.

Deposits for camp are non-refundable. A gym credit will be issued if the family chooses not to participate in summer camp.

Alternate days for camp outside of your registered schedule are limited. Please contact We Rock the Spectrum Summerville if there is a request for additional camp days or changes.

*Please note we have a limited number of spaces for campers to ensure the safety of our campers and provide a quality experience. Your registration deposit will hold your spot. Once our camp is full, we will have a waiting list and contact on a first come first serve basis if a spot opens.

Camp Registration is first come, first served. Once this form has been submitted, our team will contact you to confirm your registration information as well as camp days selected and collect payment for Registration. This will confirm your space for our 2025 Summer Camp.
