Terms and conditions:
1) Booking Confirmation: The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable booking deposit and the signed contract. All booked services require a $150 non-refundable deposit.
2) Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day prior to the event. Payment can be made via Zelle, credit card, or an invoice.
3) Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date. The booking deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments made will be refunded if cancellation is made with at least 7 days notice.
4) Setup and Breakdown: Toasted Bean Coffee will require access to the event location at least 1 hour before the event start time for setup, and 1 hour after the event for breakdown.
5) Permits and Licenses: It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event.
6) Liability: Toasted Bean Coffee will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Toasted Bean Coffee and its employees from any claims arising from the event.
7) Force Majeure: Toasted Bean Coffee is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or other emergencies.
8) Agreement: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Toasted Bean Coffee and the Client. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9) By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving promotional messages, special offers, and updates from Toasted Bean Coffee. We may contact you via email, text message, or phone regarding our products, services, and events.
