In consideration for working in the Garden site, which is located behind Benjamin Franklin School,1905 Spring Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44109, for the 2020 Benjamin Franklin Community Garden and Summer Sprout programs, and in accordance with policies of the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corp., the City of Cleveland, and the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and in order to keep the Garden safe and free from hazards, the undersigned Gardener and Co-gardener agree that he/she and any children under their control:

Hereby waive any and all claims for damages, illness, and/or participation in this Garden program and assume the risk of all dangerous conditions in and about the abovementioned property and, waive any and all specific notice of the existence of such conditions.*
