Adventure Concert Volunteer Sign Up

Volunteers must be 18 years or older to volunteer for this event.

Thank you for volunteering for our Adventure Concert program on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Tilson Auditorium on the campus of Indiana State University!

We need approximatley 45 volunteers for this event, so please share with your friends and colleagues!

Volunteer responsibilities

Each volunteer will be assigned to a school or group and will escort them from their bus in Lot D Extension to Tilson Auditorium, stay with them while they enjoy the concert, and escort them back to their bus. Each school/group will be assigned to a specific section in Tilson Auditorium and door entry number.

Shifts

Shift 1: 8:30am-11:00am

Shift 2: 10:00am-12:30pm

Training

The THSO will provide in-person training on Monday March 24, 2025 and/or video training for all volunteers.

Dress

All volunteers will receive a Black THSO T-shirt. You may wear jeans and comfortable shoes.
