PROSPECTUS
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 24th, 2025

SHOW DATES: April 2nd through April 26th, 2025
GALLERY HOURS: Wed-Sat 11am to 5pm ~ Sun-Tues by appointment
OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION - ORMOND ART WALK
Saturday April 5th, 2025 from 3 to 7pm
- We will be serving light snacks, wine, and live music.
- Ribbons will be awarded for Best in show, 1st , 2nd, and 3rd place. Award winners will be announced during the Art Walk Reception.
- Peoples Choice award will be announced online the following day at 2pm.
- Invite your family, friend’s and collectors, this is your show!
- PARKING: there is ample free parking across the street at the elementary school. Please pass this information on to your invitees. The medical parking lot WILL tow, please do not park there.
ENTRY and FEES
- Each artist may enter up to 2 pieces - send us your best!
- The entry fee for the first piece, judged or not is $35, the second piece is $30
- You may choose to have one of your works judged for awards.
- All entries are juried into Art Spolight shows, not all entries are accepted.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- The gallery commission is 30% of works sold. The 30% is deducted from the price you enter on the form. Price your works with this in mind.
NOTE: All accepted entries will be further inspected on drop off day. Art Spotlight retains the right to refuse work that, once presented in person, and in our judgement, does not meet the quality standards and eligibility requirements of the Gallery.
ELIGIBILITY: Please read thoroughly!
- All Work must be for sale.
- Please use a high quality photo in your jot-form entry. The quality of the photo may reflect the jury process. We also use the photos for promotional purposes.
- Work must be original and be the intellectual property of the artist.
- No AI art accepted.
- Work may not have shown in a previous Art Spotlight front gallery show.
- Canvas or wood panels presented unframed must have finished edges and be 1.5 inches deep.
- Size limit: is 36 inches in any direction. Any works over this size may apply but entry will be based on available space.
- 3-d works not suitable for hanging will be showcased on tables or gallery pedestals.
- Sawtooth hangers are not accepted.
- D- hooks and a hanging wire is required.
- Additional d-hooks may be needed and should be placed approximately 2 to 3 inches from the top of the canvas to hang properly on our “Stas” hanging system (see the photo below)

- Please write or attach the title of your work and your name on the back of the canvas. (photo)
MEDIA ACCEPTED: Original paintings, drawings, mixed media, original photography, sculpture, and pottery.
MEDIA NOT ACCEPTED IN ANY CATEGORY: Giclee prints, reproductions, digitally manipulated photos made to appear as paintings, AI generated images, or craft items.
ACCEPTANCE TO THE SHOW: Notice of acceptance will be emailed on March 28th.
Although your work has been accepted from the jot form, all art will be further inspected on drop off day. We retain the right to refuse work that, once presented, that in our judgement, does not meet the quality standards, or eligibility requirements of the Gallery. We also Check your work and frames for quality.
ART DROP OFF and PICK UP
Drop off: All submissions must be dropped off at the Art Spotlight on for March 31st between 11am and 1pm
Pick up: All art must be picked up from the Art Spotlight on Monday,April 28th between 11am and 1pm
If you’re not available to drop off or pick up on these dates between 11 and 1 Please call (386)255-6656 to make an appointment for other arrangements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Although Art spotlight takes great care in handling all art, we cannot be responsible for damage to art.
- Payment for sold works will be available for pick no later than the 10th of the following month (example: September sales payment made by October 10th)
- Please share social media posts about the show and invite your friends and collectors!
PUBLICITY: Submission to the Art Show constitutes permission for the Art Spotlight to use images of the artist’s work for advertising and publicity purposes, including but not limited to traditional and social media, without further consideration. This is a condition of entry.
