SAAA Scholarship Application 2025
Please complete all fields to apply for one of the SAAA Scholarships offered for Rental Housing Professionals seeking to further their career by gaining an NAAEI credential.

All applicants must hold a valid High School Diploma or equivalent and have two years of experience in the housing related industries. Careful consideration is given prior to awarding a Scholarship with special emphasis placed on an individual's commitment to the industry, their economic needs, and overall character. The scholarship includes a waiver of the following:

- Application Fees

- Textbook

- Tuition

If applicant is awarded a scholarship, all modules and testsing must be completed by the alotted timeframe given by NAA which is 6 months from the time of the registration for the class. If all modules and testing are not completed by the alotted time, SAAA will require payment in full from the scholarship recipient.

Scholarship Agreement Statement.
By submitting this application to the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA) for consideration, I do hereby agree that all of the information submittedis true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Additionally, I do hereby acknowledge that should I receive a scholarship, I am fullly responsible for completion of all requirements including full attendance and taking all exams by the specified date or I will be required to reimburse SAAA the full cost of the course as determined by SAAA.

I also understand that I am responsible for obtaining my supervisor's approval to be a candidate for the scholarship and will bring a fully signed Scholarship Recipeint Authorization Form to my interview; this form will be provided to me upon notofication of my candidacy for a scholarship.
