I acknowledge and understand that the appraisal I am receiving has been conducted remotely, based solely on information I have provided to the appraiser. No physical inspection of the subject property (including livestock, machinery, heavy equipment, or automobiles) has been performed.
The appraiser does not hold professional credentials in animal husbandry, veterinary science, mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or equipment diagnostics.
All valuation estimates are based on Fair Market Value (FMV) derived from publicly available sources such as recent auction results, price databases, and similar market-based references for comparable items.

Include the item's size or approximate dimensions, any visible signatures, markings, or numbers (typed out exactly as they appear), and the materials the item is made from. If the item is damaged, clearly note the type and extent of the damage, as this may impact its value. For specialty or unusual items, if you're unsure what information is needed, please submit clear photos of the item. We will review the images and respond via email with any additional information or questions.
