If you are filling out this form and wish to remain anonymous, you may enter zeroes in place of your name and provide your attorney’s or representative’s information in the appropriate fields, including their email address and phone number. We may need to contact them for additional details regarding your personal property that could impact its valuation.
If you require an even higher level of privacy, you may enter zeroes in all fields except the email address. However, please understand that this level of anonymity may affect the credibility of the appraisal and limit its intended use.

Billing Information:
Once the form has been submitted, please allow 24–48 hours for an invoice to be generated. We utilize a fixed pricing structure, with adjustments based on the complexity of the item(s) and the estimated time required for a proper valuation.
Standard appraisal fees range from $35 for more common items up to $500 for more complex valuations, such as:
Large china sets
Silver collections
Large equipment
Mobile homes
Fine art appraisals begin at $175 per piece, regardless of size.
All fees are quoted before the start of the valuation process.
Best Practice:
We strongly recommend gathering all required information and images in advance and completing the form using a desktop or laptop for the best experience and reliability.
If using a desktop is not possible, you may instead submit your entries via email or a shared Google Doc link.
All information and images should be correctly matched.
Submissions with jumbled or mismatched descriptions and images may be misvalued.
I acknowledge and understand that the appraisal I am receiving has been conducted remotely, based solely on information I have provided to the appraiser. No physical inspection of the subject property has been performed.
The appraiser does not hold professional credentials in animal husbandry, veterinary science, mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or equipment diagnostics.
All valuation estimates are based on Fair Market Value (FMV) derived from publicly available sources such as recent auction results, price databases, and similar market-based references for comparable items.

Image Requirements:
Please submit at least 3 images of each item. When photographing items with signatures or numbers, ensure the text fills the viewing area, as small text can be difficult to read. If the item is damaged, be sure to include clear photos of the damage, as it may significantly affect its value.
General Description Requirements:
Please provide detailed descriptions to assist with quick identification and research. Include the item's size or approximate dimensions, any visible signatures, markings, or numbers (typed out exactly as they appear), and the materials the item is made from. If the item is damaged, clearly note the type and extent of the damage, as this may impact its value. For specialty or unusual items, if you're unsure what information is needed, please submit clear photos of the item. We will review the images and respond via email with any additional information or questions.
Please write out any fine print and numbers, as they can be hard to decipher from an image.
Framed Artwork: From inside the frame (HxW), artist name if known, subject matter, material makeup, is it under glass or not, print numbers, etc.
Animals: breed, sex, approximate age (if known), weight (if known), height (if known), health status (if known)
Vehicles: make, model, year, VIN#, mileage, hours
Heavy equipment: make, model, year, serial numbers, mileage, hours, modifications, or attachments
Firearms: make, model, year, caliber, serial number, modifications
It is understood that comprehensive details may not always be available to provide to the appraiser. In such cases, the appraiser will conduct due diligence to identify appropriate comparable data; however, please be advised that in some instances, there may be limited or no relevant market data available.
Appraisals Report:
Our appraisal reports come as court-ready documents. The information provided by you will be used to find the appropriate date-sensitive market data. Should the wrong date be entered, the appraisal will be considered void. Any misrepresentation will void this appraisal. Appraisal reports are delivered in 14 to 30 business days. If you require an expedited appraisal report, the fee will be increased to cover the added labor and resources needed.
Intended User:
What is an intended user? You, the client, are an intended user. You may add up to 2 additional intended users. More can be added later for a fee. Common intended users would be divorce advocates, legal counsel, financial advisors, accountants, or other parties.
