Testing Centers Scheduling Request Form

Appointments need to be made at least 2 business days in advance (Saturdays, Sundays, and College holidays do not count as business days). You may not schedule same day, or next day. You must bring a photo ID to your appointment. You will receive an email confirmation when your appointment has been scheduled.

No appointment needed for Placement/ACCUPLACER (walk in during our open hours. Bring a photo ID.)
