Testing Centers Scheduling Request Form
Florissant Valley, Forest Park, Meramec, and Wildwood Testing Center Hours:
- Monday 8:00am-6:30pm (all exams finished by 6:15pm)
- Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-4:30pm (all exams finished by 4:15pm)
- Thursday 8:00am-6:30pm (all exams finished by 6:15pm)
- Friday 9:00am-4:30pm (all exams finished by 4:15pm)
South County ONLY Testing Center Hours:
- Monday - Friday 10am-2pm (all exams finished by 1:45pm)
Please enter two preferred exam date/time options below. Testing appointments are scheduled in 30-minute increments. Please select a start time on the hour or half hour, such as 9:00am, 9:30am, 10:00am, or 10:30am.
We will make every effort to schedule your exam for one of your selections; however, preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Submitting this form is a request only. Your exam is not scheduled until you receive an email confirmation.
All appointment requests must be submitted at least two business days in advance. Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be considered received on the next business day.
Examples of the 2-business-day rule, not including holidays:
- Monday exam: Request must be submitted by the previous Thursday by 6pm (1:30pm South County).
- Tuesday exam: Request must be submitted by the previous Friday by 4pm (1:30pm South County).
- Wednesday exam: Request must be submitted by Monday by 6pm (1:30pm South County).
- Thursday exam: Request must be submitted by Tuesday by 4pm (1:30pm South County).
- Friday exam: Request must be submitted by Wednesday by 4pm (1:30pm South County).
