Book Donations Request Form

Half Price Books will consider donation requests from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and educators that focus on literacy, the environment, or education. Once approved, the HPB team will respond via the email address provided in your completed form. Donations of books and media can only be fulfilled in markets where we operate. If you are looking to receive merchandise as your donation, please note we cannot promise specific titles. Boxes will be prefilled with a random assortment of titles that fit your requested age range. Any titles you receive that do not align with your organization's needs can be donated or gifted as you see fit.

We strive to resell, recycle or donate all books. Half Price Books has donated millions of books to nonprofit organizations worldwide. If you are a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)(3) status and are interested in receiving free books, please contact the store manager or fill out the form on this page. Half Price Books reserves the right to refuse a donation request. Please note that a 60-day advance notice is required for all donation requests.
