Terms and Conditions

Term Programs. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity day, or in the case of no show. A 20% administration fee may apply outside of these terms.

Yearly programs. if the Athlete leaves the program no refund will be provided. if full payment has not been received a 20% admin fee will apply to the full invoice and all sessions attended will be at a higher rate to the yearly discounted amount.

All first time athletes to each program require a uniform. Returning athletes may reuse their uniforms for the same progam, provided they are in good condition.

The staff and coaches on site are authorised to act for parents and guardians, according to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention for any participant. Also, to the extent permitted by law, release B.A.L.A Academy and their authorised partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage or loss incurred while at camp.

Photographs and videos may be taken by staff or coaches during your activity for marketing purposes. A selection of these may be uploaded to our website, social media sites or for other marketing purposes and publications.
