This form is for registering for pottery class with Tania at Mitra’s Art Studio in Lexington, MA. We are located at 10 Patriots Drive Lexington MA 02420. You are welcome to come visit the studio by arranging an appointment with us. The session runs for 8 weeks, meeting once per week. You may choose your day and time preference below. Introduction

Welcome! My name is Tania and I am thrilled to have you join our creative community. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following:

The session runs for 8 classes, meeting once per week. The cost is $250 for the session. Payment in full is due by the starting time of your first day of class and may be paid via Venmo or cash.

The objective for all students is to learn the art of pottery in a supportive and engaging atmosphere where they can freely explore their creativity. With the daily pressure to comply at school or work, my goal is for the studio to be a relaxing, safe space for students to have fun making what they desire while simultaneously learning about the process of pottery from start to finish!

Class Commitment/Make-Up Class Policy

• Attendance Policy: By enrolling in our 8-class session, we expect that you are committed to attending all scheduled classes. We understand that life can present unpredictable circumstances, so we offer makeup lessons to accommodate our students.

Please note: A minimum of one (1) hour notice is required to qualify for a makeup lesson.

• Makeup Lessons: Makeup lessons are available for any students who have missed a class throughout the session. Students are welcome to reschedule up to two (2) missed classes. Please reach out to Tania to make arrangements.

• Additional Absences: While we strive to accommodate all our students, any classes missed beyond the two (2) allowed makeup sessions will be considered forfeited. We encourage you to attend all classes to fully benefit from the session.
