Booking & Payment Agreement

By booking with Three Buffoons’ Balloons, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.
If you need to cancel your order, the initial deposit will not be refunded; however, the remaining balance will no longer be due and the date will be released. Once your event is within 3 days, all payments become nonrefundable and the event may not be rescheduled.
All sales are final.
Once your balloon décor is delivered and in your care, we ask that it be handled gently to keep it looking its best. While we take pride in the quality of our work, Three Buffoons’ Balloons is not responsible for any damage, popping, or deflation that occurs after delivery or setup.
